What is Bramblewick?

Bramblewick is a cozy naturalist shop for woodland-inspired notebooks, stickers, tote bags, and home goods, with original designs drawn from mushrooms, ferns, moss, and quiet trails.

Are products made to order?

Yes. Everything is printed on demand through our production partners once you place your order, rather than kept in stock. This keeps waste low and each piece fresh.

How long does shipping take?

Because items are made to order, each order goes through a short production step before it ships. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination. You will see the most accurate estimate at checkout, and we will email tracking once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Made-to-order items are not restocked, so we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If something is wrong on our end, we will always make it right. See the note below.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.

How should I care for my products?

Tote bags and towels wash best cold and air-dried. Blankets can be machine washed cold and tumble dried low. Keep stickers away from the dishwasher, and let notebook covers dry flat if they get damp. Gentle care keeps every design looking good for longer.

Sizes vary by product. Each product page lists its exact dimensions, from sticker sizes to tote and blanket measurements, so you can pick what fits your space and needs.
