What is Bramblewick?
Bramblewick is a cozy naturalist shop for woodland-inspired apparel, art prints, notebooks, stickers, tote bags, and home goods, with original designs drawn from mushrooms, ferns, moss, and quiet trails.
Are products made to order?
Yes. Everything is printed on demand through our production partners once you place your order, rather than kept in stock. This keeps waste low and each piece fresh.
What size should I order?
Our tees, crewnecks, and hoodies are all unisex cuts. Crewnecks and hoodies run S through 3XL. Most tees run S through 2XL, though a few designs go to 3XL or larger. The sizes available for a particular design are always shown on its product page, along with a Size and dimensions section giving the exact flat measurements for that garment. Our Size Guide walks through how to measure a shirt you already own so you can match it. If you fall between sizes, size up. Still unsure? Email us and we will tell you honestly which one to pick.
How long does shipping take?
Because items are made to order, each order goes through a short production step before it ships. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and delivery within the United States adds another 4 to 10 business days, so most US orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. International orders take considerably longer: delivery outside the US typically adds 12 to 35 business days after production. You will see the most accurate estimate at checkout, and we will email tracking once your order is on its way.
What does shipping cost?
US shipping is calculated at checkout from the items in your order. It starts at $4.59 for a single item and increases with each additional item, so the exact amount depends on what you buy. International rates are also calculated at checkout based on your address and the items ordered. You will always see the full shipping charge before you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. That email is the fastest way in, but you do not need it to check on an order.
You can also sign in at any time using the account link in our header. There is no password to create. Enter the email address you used at checkout, we send you a one-time code, and your order history and tracking are there. This works even if you checked out as a guest, as long as you use the same email address.
One thing to expect: your items may be produced at different facilities, so a single order can arrive in more than one package, on different dates, with a separate tracking number for each. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing. Some shipping methods and destinations also carry limited tracking, and tracking can take a few business days to start updating after a label is created.
If tracking has not moved in a while, or something seems wrong, email support@bramblewick.store with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Made-to-order items are not restocked, so we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind, including the wrong size. Please check the Size Guide before ordering apparel. If something is wrong on our end, we will always make it right. See the note below.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
How should I care for my products?
Wash tees, crewnecks, and hoodies cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly over the print. Garment-dyed tees can shrink slightly in a hot wash, so keep it cool and they will hold their shape. Tote bags and towels wash best cold and air-dried. Blankets can be machine washed cold and tumble dried low. Keep stickers away from the dishwasher, and let notebook covers dry flat if they get damp.
What sizes and dimensions are available?
Sizes vary by product. Crewnecks and hoodies run S through 3XL, and most tees run S through 2XL, with a few designs going higher. Full measurements appear on every product page and on our Size Guide. For everything else, from sticker sizes to tote and blanket dimensions, the numbers are listed on the product page so you can pick what fits your space.
