How orders are made
Bramblewick goods are printed on demand. After you order, each item is produced by our print partner before it ships, so there is a short production window in addition to shipping time.
Shipping times
Production and delivery times vary by product type and where you are located. You will see the most accurate estimate at checkout. Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking where available.
Where we ship
Shipping destinations and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the dimensions listed on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.
